The investment of EUR 20 million is made into new project of blocks of flats ‘Žvėrynas Panorama’

Real estate (RE) developer Realco UAB, owned by Icor Group, launched construction of blocks of flats in Šeškinė district in the capital city, upon completion of which 399 flats will be available on the market.

The company informs about the investment of EUR 20 million to be made into the 'Žvėrynas Panorama' project on Siesikų street.

During the first stage, four A energy class 4-9 storey blocks of flats or 210 flats will be built. Completion of the construction is planned for the first quarter of 2020. It is to be followed by the second stage, when 189 more flats will be built.

'We are developing an estate probably in the highest spot in Vilnius, next to Karoliniškės landscape reserve, green elements of which we will continue in the yards of the new estate. Nearby - Ozas geomorphological reserve, which, same as the panorama of Vilnius, will be seen from the windows and can be easily reached. After designing the blocks, outdoor functional zones and estate infrastructure to the smallest details, we will move on now to installation quality', Realco Sales Director Marijonas Chmieliauskas is cited in the press release. Flats of 1 to 5 rooms, with the area varying from 27 to 138 square meters, are planned in the estate. The price is between 1 400 and 2 300 Euro per square meter.

Realco company built the Ozas Park estate in Vilnius, is developing 'The Lake Linkmenai' estate at the moment.
