Privacy policy

This privacy policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) defines the main rules and conditions for the processing of personal data that must be complied with by all visitors of the websites managed by the REALCO group companies listed below (hereinafter – REALCO), i.e.: www.realco.lt, www.algirdo3.lt, www.vileisio27.lt, www.justi-in.lt, https://www.baltupis.lt, https://bc-hero.lt, (hereinafter – the Website), persons who have taken active actions on REALCO social media accounts, persons who have consented to receive REALCO marketing material, persons participating in REALCO events, and candidates taking part in REALCO job selections (hereinafter – Clients).

A Client is deemed to have read and to have expressed consent to comply with the Privacy Policy when they visit the Website, visit REALCO social network accounts, consent to receive REALCO direct marketing messages, apply for a job at REALCO, or attend REALCO events. A Client who does not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy loses the right to visit the Website, to apply for a job at REALCO, and to take active actions on REALCO social network accounts.

Data about the companies is collected and stored at the Vilnius branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

Personal data is any information collected by REALCO about a Client which can be used to identify the Client and which is stored electronically or by other means.

Personal data covers any information, including a Client's first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number, that REALCO collects about Clients for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in a separate consent or agreement between the Client and REALCO.

This data also covers Clients' personal information in the public domain which REALCO becomes aware of when a Client contacts REALCO through social media or takes active actions on REALCO social media accounts.

REALCO needs Clients' personal data, which may be collected in the ways described below. In the Privacy Policy we set out what you can expect when REALCO collects personal data about:

• persons who consent to receive REALCO marketing material;

• persons who have contacted REALCO;

• Website visitors;

• social media users who contact REALCO in any way through REALCO social media accounts or take part in them through active actions;

• persons who attend REALCO events;

• job candidates.

Direct marketing is carried out only in respect of persons who have reached the age of 16.

For direct marketing purposes REALCO will process the following personal data of yours: first name, last name, telephone number, email address.

To persons who have provided their contact details and expressed the wish to receive information about property and (or) services offered by REALCO and (or) real estate investment opportunities, we will send by electronic communication means (email, SMS messages, etc.) offers regarding the provision of REALCO services or the acquisition of property, newsletters and other advertising material, ask for their opinion about the service and the property acquired, and announce REALCO news.

Your data will be used for direct marketing purposes for 1 year after consent is received, and deleted thereafter.

You have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing messages at any time by contacting us by email at privatumas@realco.lt.

The Website provides several ways to contact REALCO. We receive, review and answer all messages ourselves. If you contact us by email, we will process the following data of yours: your first name, last name, email address and the text of the correspondence. If you contact us by filling in the contact form on the website, we will process the following personal data of yours: first name, telephone, email, message text.

Such data will be processed in order to prepare for the performance of a contract or to answer the questions you have. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you.

Please note that email monitoring or blocking software may be used, and you must ensure that the emails you send do not contain unlawful content.

Correspondence is stored for 5 years from receipt of the message, or for 10 years if you acquire real estate developed by REALCO, except for information for which other retention periods are laid down in the Privacy Policy or in legal acts.

If you contact us by telephone, the call will be recorded with your consent. Call recordings are made in order to ensure high-quality consultation of individuals and the objective examination of complaints. When a call is recorded, the following data of yours is retained: the telephone number you are calling from and the recording of the telephone call. For the purpose of high-quality consultation such information is stored for 30 days and then destroyed. For the purpose of examining complaints, the data is stored for 4 years.

All personal data you provide when communicating with us is used only for the purposes indicated above, and to review messages and to administer and manage communication flows. We undertake not to use your personal data in any publications in a way that would make it possible to identify you, without your explicit consent.

Please note that we may need to contact you by post, email or telephone. If your personal data changes, please notify us immediately.

This helps REALCO improve the way the website works, for example by ensuring that users can easily find what they are looking for. The basis for processing the data collected by these cookies is the consent of Clients.

These cookies are used to recognise Clients when they return to the Website. This allows REALCO to provide content tailored to the needs of Clients and to remember information relevant to Clients. The basis for processing the data collected by these cookies is the consent of Clients.
