Realco signed a deal for EUR 61 million

Finnish company Technopolis acquired three business centres of Realco, ICOR Group: Alfa, Beta and Gama. The total value of the project is EUR 61 million.

The business centres are located in Verkiai district, near the Ozas Park, in the capital city. The total area of the acquired business centres is 42 3000 sq.m. with 30 000 sq.m. expansion possibility. The centres house banks, consulting and engineering companies.
