“PwC” to Settle in “Hero” Business Center – Choice Driven by Prestigious Location

2025-02-17 Market news

The international audit, tax, and business consulting firm “PwC” has become the latest tenant of the “Hero” business center, currently under construction in Vilnius’ central business district. The signed lease agreement stipulates that the company will move into its modern 1,400-square-meter office space this fall.

When selecting a new office location, “PwC” followed clear criteria—priority was given to a strategically convenient site that ensures easy access for employees and meets the highest workplace environment standards.

“Strategic location was one of our key decision criteria—we sought an office that would be easily accessible for both employees and clients. The “Hero” business center perfectly meets our requirements by providing a modern, comfortable, and welcoming work environment. A workplace designed with employees in mind fosters productivity, creativity, and collaboration while positively impacting daily well-being. We believe this decision will be well received not only by our clients and current team but also by future talents joining “PwC”,” says Nerijus Nedzinskas, Managing Partner and Head of Tax and Legal at “PwC” Lithuania.

Gintarė Žemaitė, Head of Commercial Real Estate Development at the “Hero” business center, highlights that negotiations with “PwC” were unique due to their clear vision and exceptionally high standards. “It was a rigorous process because “PwC” knew exactly what they wanted and had extensive global experience in assessing office technical standards. This further confirms that “Hero” meets the highest international quality and sustainability criteria,” she says.

Sandra Jovaišaitė, a commercial real estate broker representing “PwC” in partnership with “Colliers,” notes that the office search process took several years, during which market trends were continuously monitored and the most suitable options were presented.

“PwC’s” global expertise in selecting offices that align with a business center’s image, sustainability, and interior quality sets the bar exceptionally high. The company had clear requirements for both the business center’s image and work environment, and “Hero” successfully met their expectations and high standards,” says Jovaišaitė.

“PwC” will join other tenants at the “Hero” business center, including real estate developer “SIRIN Development”, the “Noon” lunch restaurant, “Sapiegos Clinic”, the early education school “Eureka”, and the beauty salon “Leana.”

Located in Vilnius’ central business district, the “Hero” business center is being developed according to the highest sustainability and workplace environment standards. Interior finishing work is currently underway, with construction completion scheduled for this fall. The project aims to achieve the “BREEAM Excellent” and “WELL Gold” certifications. The building will feature advanced engineering systems, carefully considered architectural and design solutions, and a comfortable work environment.

The project is being developed by “Realco”, a real estate company with extensive experience in commercial and residential development. With over 18 years in the market, the company has completed projects including more than 5,000 new homes and over 55,000 square meters of commercial space.
