Construction of three new blocks of flats in Vilnius

Real estate developer Realco launches construction of three new blocks of flats and sale of flats in the Ozas Park project. In the end of 2015, four and five-storey blocks will be built. In total, 222 flats are planned.

At present, construction of four new low-rise blocks of flats 4B2, 4B3, 4B4 and 4B5 is in progress, 225 flats will be built in them.  

The Ozas Park estate under development by Realco will have 1 028 flats in already constructed or future blocks of flats, in total.
